המרחב המקצועי: פיתוח ארגוני, ניהול, מיינדפולנס ובודהיזם
עם ניסיון של מעל 40 שנה כיועצת ארגונית בכירה, אני מלווה מנהלים וארגונים בחיפוש אחר מנהיגות קשובה ואוטנטית. בעברי כיהנתי כמרצה באונברסיטאות בארץ ובעולם, כדירקטורית בחברות ועמותות, כמנכ"לית ומנהלת אקדמית של 'להב' באוניברסיטת תל אביב וכיו"ר איפ"א- פ.א.י – ארגון היועצים לפיתוח ארגוני. היום, הלב המקצועי שלי נמצא בשילוב של חכמת המזרח עם עולם הפיתוח העצמי והניהול המערבי – חיבור של רוח, מיינדפולנס ופילוסופיה בודהיסטית לתוך היומיום האישי והארגוני.

הסטודיו הוא המקום שבו אני מתרגלת נוכחות קשובה (Mindfulness) בציור אבסטרקטי, בפיסול בחימר שבו דמויות ומסכות מתעוררות לחיים, ובצילום שתופס את רגע השתאות וההשתהות מול המציאות. האמנות עבורי היא לא רק תוצר, היא דרך חיים של התבוננות ומטמורפוזה.

המורכבות של חיי. אני צועדת בדרכם של אבותי – בין מזרח למערב, ממשפחת נבון הספרדית הירושלמית ומשפחת ליננברג האשכנזית, ועד כאן, בין ילדי ונכדי . כאן באתר תמצאו את הארכיון המשפחתי, את סיפורי המורשת המשפחתית, סיפורים מחיי הורי ומחיי האישיים, כולל סיפור מחלת הסרטן בה חליתי, ואת הניסיון שלי לזקק משמעות מתוך האישי והאנושי.
